Universities

Los Angeles Universities provide the ultimate California experience.

Are you attending school in the Fall? Have you worked out your student housing situation?

We work with a lot of International Students who can’t get into I-House and don’t want to mess with “dorm life.”

Let’s be honest, that’s not a great environment for an education. Every year we help students traveling from overseas find the perfect property to call home during the school year.

Whether you want to buy, and rent out rooms to other students, or you’re simply looking for something peaceful that gives you space to think, we’ve got you covered.

Last year we got a thank you note from a student who said, “I cannot thank you enough. When I got accepted to USC, I was nervous. I knew no one, and nothing about the neighborhood. To make matters worse, I read all these comments on the Internet that Downtown LA was like a war-zone. I’m so lucky I found you. I graduated early with honors and I honestly think it is because you understood what I needed and found me that cute little condo just blocks from campus. And, as if that wasn’t enough, selling it for me when I returned home just made life easy. I will send you many, many of my friends knowing you’ll take just as good care of them.”

Because we are global citizens who prize travel, we understand what it is like to come to a new country. We want you to land softly and be in a position to get the most out of your stay.
